Easy set up, looks great
We like the style and are happy with our purchase. The light fixture did not come with bulbs but at the price we paid we did not mind at all. Thinking of the next light to replace will buy from again.
Package arrived timely, however the contents DID NOT CONTAIN 8 lights as advertised. Contacted customer service via email with the invoice which clearly states comes with 8 lights. They said it didn't come with lights and no longer responded to my email request for the light bulbs. FALSE ADVERTISING!! The main light itself was easy to put up and was as advertised (less the lights).
GOOD PRODUCT BETTER COMMUNICATION OULD BE NICE

The light fixture is itself is what we expected and is a reasonable quality for the price we paid. Delivery was speedy and that was appreciated. Caution recommended - read description carefully - we found it misleading. It “sounded” like lightbulbs were included and it wasn’t specified that they weren’t. So the price was actually a lot more once we had to purchase bulbs separately, making this purchase no “bargain”.

We were pleased with the fixture itself but displeased that it came without lightbulbs included. The picture of the fixture was with lightbulbs and the written despicable said “light package included”. After the fixture arrived, we contacted the seller and they gave us a $5 refund - nowhere near what the bulbs cost us to purchase. The company have indicated that they will revise the description online. I hope that they do so no one else will be deceived.

Love this light, exactly what we hoped it was. Could not be more happy, delivery and service was excellent.
Unitary emailed me on 10/8/17 saying my order shipped the fedex tracking # said and still says label created . It never shipped on 10/22 I emailed Unitary on 10/23 they replied that they would look into it that was the last I heard from them. I emailed them on 10/24 10/25 and 11/2 no response. I would not use this company, I work for a electrical distributor and use online store frequently this is not a reputable company.

The fixture is nice, however it is not assembled upon delivery and requires some threading of wires and bolts etc. The assembly instructions are a mirror image of the way one would place the fixture to assemble and screw the bolts. I recommend you flip the assembly instruction sheet over and hold up to a light to get a sense of the correct configuration of the arms. This will save you time and frustration when assembling the arms of the fixture.
I love this light and have received many compliments. It does come in pieces but it was not difficult to put together (it took me about 10 minutes).
Easy to assemble and looks like a high quality product. This light was a huge improvement to my home!
